Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have a change of heart, we understand. Here is our Returns Policy to ensure your peace of mind:
Return Period
You can return any unused item within 30 days of your original purchase date for an exchange or refund, so long as it is unopened, unused, in a saleable condition and the seals remain intact. You must have the original receipt or an alternative proof of purchase. Exclusions: unless faulty, medicines, food and cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If you wish to return your item(s) at one of our stores, please ensure you bring your receipt or an alternative proof of purchase. For web orders, please bring along your order dispatch email, either on your device or printed out. Our team members will assist you in processing a refund or exchange.
All refunds must be processed using the same payment method you used for your initial purchase. If, for any reason, you no longer have access to the original payment method, we will be pleased to provide you with an exchange or issue a credit note.

After handing your return to the delivery courier, please allow up to 14 days for it to reach us and be processed. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued, which may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
